Buzz Products, Inc. is Hiring a Front Desk Receptionist Near Charleston, WV

Buzz Products has an immediate opening for a Front Desk Receptionist to join and support our team.

If you're looking to join a team passionate about manufacturing locally-produced food, this position is for you. Buzz is a drug-free workplace with a team excited about food and West Virginia. Buzz is looking for reliable, kind people to join our team and is willing and able to train on-site.

Buzz has been operating since 1968 with continued growth and opportunities for our team. With over 120 employees across four facilities in southern West Virginia, Buzz is proud to be a local employer and manufacturer.

Responsibilities

· First point of contact for phone-based and in-person customer interface: answering phone calls, scheduling meetings, and supporting visitors.

· Responsible for responding to customer questions and requests.

· Responsible for processing credit card payments and accepting cash and check payments.

· Assists management with creating and distributing communications across departments: operations, production, and human resources.

· Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone and e-mail.

· Organize and maintain documents in both paper and electronic filing systems.

· Check levels of office supplies and place appropriate orders.

· Direct assignment to the General Manager.

Education and Experience Requirements

· High school diploma or equivalent education. (Required)

· Previous experience in an administrative support role. (Preferred)

· Knowledge of appropriate software including: Microsoft: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat. (Required)

This position does not require regular travel and is an in-office position based in the main office. This position may require the ability to lift up to 30 pounds. Local candidates only. Women and minorities are strongly encouraged to apply.

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
