Butterfly Oasis, LLC is a small adult foster care home in Kalamazoo, MI. We house 6 elderly residents who need minimal assistance. Some light housekeeping and meal prep is also required. We are looing for dependable, compassionate and caring individual to join our team. We do not mandate overtime. Must be able to pass a pre-employment physical, background check and fingerprinting. References will be checked. Only dependable and reliable applicants need apply. ALL PRESCREENING QUESTIONS MUST BE ANSWERED TO MOVE TOWARD THE INTERVIEW PROCESS,

```Duties```
- Provide assistance and support to residents in an assisted living facility
- Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming if needed
- Administer medications according to prescribed schedules and protocols
- Ensure the rights and dignity of residents are respected at all times
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents
- Lift and transfer residents as needed, using proper body mechanics and equipment
- Implement behavior management techniques to promote a positive and supportive environment
- Provide specialized care for residents with dementia or memory care needs

```Experience```
- NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED but Previous experience working in an assisted living or similar setting is preferred. Training will be provided.
- Knowledge of resident rights and regulations governing assisted living facilities
- Familiarity with medication administration protocols and procedures
- Ability to provide compassionate care and support to residents
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with residents, families, and staff members

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
