Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Organize and coordinate meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, and documenting minutes.
• Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls, providing courteous assistance and directing inquiries appropriately.
• Assist with general office tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.
• Facilitate communication between departments to ensure smooth workflow.
• Assist management with special projects and initiatives as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with all HIPAA regulations in handling sensitive information.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in an administrative or office support role preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
