$50,000 to $57,000 plus monthly bonus opportunity

As an Outpatient Therapist, you will be a member of a multidisciplinary team which provides initial and ongoing diagnosis and assessment, develops individualized treatment plans, and provides office based clinical treatment and therapeutic services to children, adolescents and adults. Our outpatient team is focused on providing excellent clinical services to our clients, investing in individual therapist’s development, and encouraging growth.

Responsibilities:
Assess, diagnose and develop individualized treatment plans in office based setting
Provide high quality, compassionate, and ethical mental health therapy
Complete clinical documentation within required time frames
Actively participate as a positive team member
Commitment to agency core values and mission is demonstrated in clinical practices
Requirements:
Masters Degree in Social Work, or comparable human services field
State of OH LSW, LISW, LPC or LPCC
Excellent organizational, planning and follow-up skills
Strong oral, written and presentation communication skills
