SUMMARY:

This position is for an Inbound Call Center Representative providing outstanding levels of customer service and accurate scheduling in the BrokerBay Real-Estate Management Software

Reps are expected to multi-task using multiple screens to look up customer information and scheduling appointments via telephone in an efficient and effective manner, while displaying a pleasant, courteous, and professional level of assistance.

Proper call documentation, organization and follow through is essential to ensure the best customer experience.

Follow call-handling procedures to assure uniform support within the guidelines of the department.

Meet call handle volume and productivity performance metrics.

Attendance and punctuality are essential functions of the position.

The BrokerBay Live Concierge Support position is located on-site in Salem, OR in an office (call center) environment.

This is a 40 hour a week position with occasional opportunities for OT.

REQUIREMENTS:

HS Diploma or GED

Pass drug test & background checks

Basic PC, Typing & Data Entry skills

Able to work a 1st shift, there is no 2nd/3rd shifts
