Requirements:

• Must have at least 3 years of management experience in a fast-paced restaurant setting.
• Must be computer savvy and technologically literate.
• Must have extensive food and beverage knowledge.
• Must have knowledge of beer and spirits.
• Must be willing to work weekends and late nights.
• Must be polished, professional, warm and hospitable
• Must be prepared to run all operations including but not limited to: hiring and training FOH staff, daily financial procedures, payroll, repairs and maintenance, guest relations, execution of on and offsite special events, conducting inspired pre-shift meetings for staff, staff and management evaluations, maintaining established cost and sales goals.
