Business Law Group, a growing law firm based in downtown Colorado Springs, is seeking a receptionist.

Responsibilities will include:

• Answering and routing phone calls
• Assisting with new client integration and intake
• Managing the firm calendar and setting appointment reminders
• Greeting clients
• Maintaining the lobby
• Keeping the kitchen stocked and ordering refreshments as needed
• Assisting in various overflow tasks as needed.

The most important aspect of this position is understanding the firm’s mission, values, and practice areas, and effectively communicating to new clients over the phone.

We are looking for a candidate who is an effective communicator, with attention to detail and good phone etiquette. Experience in legal terminology and practice areas is needed.
