Job Title: Technician

Location: Orlando, FL

Duration: 12 Months-CTH or Extension

Work Schedule: 4/10A-1st Shift

Ability to Obtain Clearance. Not required to start.

Job Description:

• Performs a variety of duties in the electronic, mechanical, electromechanical, and/or optical areas.
• Constructs, troubleshoots, calibrates, adjusts, tests, diagnoses, and maintains equipment, components, devices, or systems.
• Works from schematics, engineering drawings and written or verbal instructions.
• Operates related equipment; conducts tests and reports data in prescribed format.
• Performs calibration and alignment checks; makes adjustments, modifications, and replacements as directed; prepares prescribed compounds and solutions.
• Exclude technicians working in production or quality assurance.

Basic Requirements:

• 10 year minimum of fabrication environments including cable and harness.
• At least 5 years of SMT board fabrication, or maintenance of military design product experience.
• At least 5 years of Soldering experience.
• Prior Certification in solder and harness

Desired Experience:

• Ability to fabricate electrical test equipment designs from a blueprint of the layout,
• Ability to read schematic, bill of material, and engineering practices manual as guidelines.
• Ability to communicate issues with the design and or the process requirements to management and or design engineers.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $21.24 - $31.00 per hour
