Business Athlete Association is Hiring a Territory Sales Manager Near Columbus, OH

Description
Are you a proactive and energetic sales professional eager to showcase your exceptional sales skills? Our next area sales manager needs to understand the local market and trends to develop creative strategies that drive sales to our multiple regional hotel properties. We are looking for an analytical thinker who can devise innovative ways to exceed sales targets and profit margins. We need a confident sales pro with excellent communication skills to maintain ongoing relationships with key clients while also prospecting new customers through solicitation and networking.
We're directly responsible for handling asset protection and Insurance benefit options for Local, regional, and various organizations from Police departments, School boards of education officials, and Multiple Government agencies at the local and state levels. We also use social media to market our firm with a very overwhelming response.
Our ideal candidate is a dynamic and creative thinker with experience developing strategies to exceed sales targets and profit margins.
Moreover, you will be provided with stock options, a rewarding revenue-sharing plan, and access to healthcare benefits all without having to resort to cold calling, door-to-door selling, buying leads, or prospecting. Work from the office or home.

Responsibilities
•Analyze the performance of individual properties in your area and create sales plans and objectives that align with overall brand objectives
•Analyze local market trends and competitor activity to identify business leads
•Encourage the sales team to consistently meet or exceed sales goals and profit margins monthly, quarterly, and annually
•Keep a list of important clients up to date to ensure the ongoing development of relationships

•Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and a bachelor's degree in business or a similar field a plus
