BTL is looking for a Sales Support Coordinator in Mason, OH. The Sales Support Coordinator will be a critical part of our sales process and responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities: (include, but are not limited to)

• Assisting our Sales Account Managers with customer communications from application to equipment delivery
• Responsible for file underwriting and compliance within our Leasing software and Microsoft Outlook.
• Work daily with various in-house departments to facilitate deliveries, customer updates, insurance compliance, etc.
• Providing the best possible customer experience
• Daily data entry
• filing and record keeping.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to communicate in a professional/courteous manner
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Experience working with personal computers and business applications is required.
