BTL is looking for a Sales Support Coordinator in Mason, OH. The Sales Support Coordinator will be a critical part of our sales process and responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities: (include, but are not limited to)

· Assisting our Sales Account Managers with customer communications from application to equipment delivery· Responsible for file underwriting and compliance within our Leasing software and Microsoft Outlook.· Work daily with various in-house departments to facilitate deliveries, customer updates, insurance compliance, etc.· Providing the best possible customer experience· Daily data entry · filing and record keeping.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to communicate in a professional/courteous manner
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Experience working with personal computers and business applications is required.
