Job Overview:

We are seeking a Sales professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a drive to exceed sales targets.

Duties:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth

- Identify new market opportunities and potential clients

- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication

- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers

- Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales materials and campaigns

Requirements:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in roofing sales

- Proficiency in AccuLynx or similar CRM software

- Strong account management skills with the ability to upsell and cross-sell products

- Fluency in Spanish is a plus

- Excellent negotiation and customer service skills

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets consistently

- Demonstrated business development capabilities

Pay: $80,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year

Compensation package:

• Commission pay
• Uncapped commission

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

• Volusia, FL: Relocate before starting work (Required)
