We are working with a client in the education space that is looking for a director-level, Data Scientist to oversee their Machine Learning initiatives. This individual will be leading a team of Data Scientists that will work on projects related to admissions, retention, and financial outcomes.

REQUIREMENTS :

• Master's degree in a quantitative field.

• 8 years of relevant work experience in predictive modeling.

• 3 years of direct management experience.

• Strong Python skills and experience developing machine learning solutions.

• Proven record of communicating technical results and insights to senior leadership.

• Knowledge of model performance evaluation techniques, metrics, and validation strategies

• Experience working in the Education industry a plus.

This is a HYBRID position working out of Chicago or Columbia, MD. Base salary up to $170K 25% bonus LTI. Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder.
