Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Server to join our team. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, taking their orders, and ensuring their dining experience is enjoyable and memorable. Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Present menus and provide detailed information about menu items
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and promptly
- Enter orders into the POS system (Aloha POS) efficiently
- Serve food and drinks to guests in a timely manner
- Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing any concerns or special requests
- Clear tables and clean dining area as needed
- Handle cash transactions and process payments using cash register
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines

Requirements:
- Previous experience in the food industry preferred
- Strong knowledge of cash handling procedures
- Familiarity with Aloha POS system is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy in order taking and serving
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
