Job Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Server to join our team. As a Server, you will be responsible for ensuring an exceptional dining experience for our guests. Your main goal will be to provide efficient and attentive service while maintaining a positive and welcoming atmosphere.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner
- Present menus and provide detailed information about our food and beverage offerings
- Take accurate food and drink orders from guests
- Enter orders into the POS system and ensure accuracy
- Serve food and beverages to guests promptly and accurately
- Check on guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction
- Upsell additional items, such as desserts or specialty drinks
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, or complaints with professionalism and resolve issues promptly
- Process guest payments using cash register or POS system
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas, including tables, counters, and dining area
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not required
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to provide exceptional guest experiences
- Basic math skills for handling payments and making change accurately
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members
- Knowledge of food safety regulations is a plus
