Burnetts Staffing Inc is Hiring a Receptionist - Bilingual Near Frisco, TX
Now hiring a Bilingual Front Desk Administrator in Frisco, Texas! We are seeking an energetic professional to be the first face visitors and vendors will meet upon their arrival, answer calls, monitor emails, serve as building liaison to the janitorial team, support the building manager, manage the EV Charging stations, maintain tidy and presentable common areas on all floors.
They will also need to organize and prep rooms for meetings and events, perform the opening and closing duties and focus responsibilities on Warranty & Fleet, Dispatch, and Logistics.
This person will also be responsible for any other duties as assigned.
Requirements :
- 1-2 years experience in Logistics or Dispatch of shipments
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and Word
Hours : Monday Friday, 8 : 00 am 5 : 00 pm
