We are a growing neurology clinic in East Frisco with an opening for a full time front office team member. We would prefer experienced candidates living in Frisco, McKinney, Plano, or Little Elm areas.
We are looking for a candidate that wants to find a permanent home with a long term career path, personal growth, and opportunities.
This is a fast paced office and we work hard to to ensure the highest quality of care for our patients with an emphasis on teamwork and communication. You will need to possess understanding of basic medical terminology, excellent grammar and spelling, unrivaled accuracy, and a professional demeanor.
We expect our employees to be punctual, dedicated, quick to learn, and able to multi-task effectively. We are looking for a team player with a great attitude who can represent our company values to patients. You will need to type accurately and quickly and handle multiple responsibilities at once.
Duties include but are not limited to: checking in/out patients, making appointments, collecting payments, and handling high call volume. Knowledge of eClinicalWorks is a plus.
