Our team is looking for an Outside Sales Trainee for our client in Aledo, TX. This temp-to-hire position will have approximately 3 months of training inside the office before being sent out into the field.

This needs to be a results-driven professional to actively seek out & engage customer prospects in the company’s industry.

Responsibilities for this role include; product demonstrations, cold calling, supply feedback on trends, presenting, promoting and selling products / services;

as well as any additional tasks as assigned.

Requirements :

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Ability to build productive professional business relationships
• Excellent selling, communication, & negotiation skills
• Proven work experience as a sales representative
• Retail sales / Outside sales
• Tactical Industry experience preferred

Hours : Monday Friday 8 : 00 am 5 : 00 pm with an occasional customer dinner or tradeshow
