We are seeking dynamic and experienced Production Trainers to join our manufacturing client in Carrollton, TX. The Production Trainer will be responsible for training all new operators across multiple areas at our three production sites.

Working closely with fellow trainers, the Production Trainers will conduct quarterly and yearly fundamental trainings, ensuring that our operators are well-versed in all our processes and procedures.

This role also involves cross-training into other departments, enhancing trainer diversity and expertise within the organization.

Requirements :

• Must have Automotive Engine Expertise- Candidates must be intimately familiar with how a car engine functions, either through previous professional experience or personal expertise
• Must be Strong Computer Proficiency-Particularly in using tablets and other digital devices for recording documentation is essential
• Fast Learner in a Dynamic Environment- We are seeking individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Candidates should be hungry for growth and willing to learn all phases of the production process.

Hours : Monday to Friday 7 : 00 AM-3 : 30 PM with Mandatory Overtime. The shift ends when production concludes.
