BurnAlong is Hiring a Remote Demand Generation Manager (Partner Recruitment) (REMOTE)

We are looking for an experienced and driven Demand Generation Manager to join our thriving digital health company. This role requires exceptional analytical and communication skills, as well as a passion for developing innovative strategies to recruit instructors, organizations, and brick-and-mortar health providers. The strongest candidates will excel when they collaborate with the partner and marketing teams to expand our network of gyms, studios, and content creators.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute demand generation strategies and campaigns to recruit new instructors and organizations.
  • Write and optimize outbound email campaigns for lead generation and engagement
  • Leverage data and analytics to optimize demand generation performance and inform future strategies
  • Design and manage paid media campaigns targeting health and fitness experts and organizations
  • Create and manage demand generation budgets and forecasts, while tracking campaign success through key performance metrics
  • Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and techniques to continuously improve our recruitment efforts
  • Attend health and fitness industry events and conferences to build relationships and promote the company
  • Work cross-functionally to align with stakeholders on success criteria, agreed-upon metrics, and action plans for continuous optimization
  • Build excellent working relationships with all key business leaders, colleagues, and the broader team, including those in Operations, Legal, and Partnerships
  • Cultivate an environment of teamwork, openness, creativity, and continuous improvement.
  • Create executive level presentations on performance on bi monthly basis

Requirements and skills

  • 5 years of experience in demand generation or a related field
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication and written skills
  • Strong analytical skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making
  • Flexibility and adaptability to change
  • Proficiency in marketing automation and CRM software (we use Hubspot and Braze)
  • Experience in managing recruitment software (we use Apploi)
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects
  • A desire to learn and grow in the demand generation field
  • Knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools, such as Tableau, is a plus.
  • Experience in the health and wellness space and onboarding a high volume of instructors
