JOB DESCRIPTION

Burn Boot Camp is seeking an outgoing and highly motivated team member with a passion for fitness and wellness. Experience in the industry is not required, but off the chart people skills, sales and a dynamic work ethic are. Typical job duties include, but are not limited to:

Client Experience

• Be sure to greet all clients with a smile as they arrive.
• Assist with sign-in process.
• Perform trial follow up via phone call, CRM platform, text messages, email or face-to-face conversation.
• Ensure liability waiver is signed, completed and filed for all clients.
• Provide a tour of gym for new clients and trials.

Social Media

• Obtain photos in-camp and post to social media outlets
• Respond to questions and engage with client base on all social media platforms
• Familiarity with and ability to manage and navigate multiple social media platforms is required

Client Growth

• Follow up post first workout with all client trials & present membership pricing options.
• Follow up with all trials that expired without converting to a membership.

MindBody Membership Management

• Entering new memberships into Mindbody
• Assisting members/non-members with any membership issues
• Maintaining client information.
• Reporting.

Retail

• Ensure retail area display is neat, clean and stocked and adheres to Burn Boot Camp display standards.
• Re-stock retail center as needed.
• Manage retail promotions.
• Inventory intake, including reconciliation of packing slips, completion of purchase orders, tagging, etc.

Facility Cleanliness/Maintenance

• Ensure opening/closing checklists are completed daily.
• Assist the team in keeping the gym clean and properly maintained.

Employment includes free membership and discounts on both retail and nutrition products. Bonus eligible for signed membership agreements.

Current need is for pm camp times. Monday - Thursday from 4:00 pm - 7:30 pm, Friday 4:00 pm - 6:30 pm and one Saturday per month (7:30 am - 11:30 am)

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
