Are you an experienced Commercial Construction Project Manager who has a clean record and can get on U.S. Military Bases?
Can you effectively:
*Communicate and coordinate with multiple project teams simultaneously?
*Assist in obtaining permits?
*Read blueprints, solicit pricing and set up bid breakdowns?
*Create and manage project schedules?
*Coordinate daily & weekly progress reports?
*Track project costs and payments?
*Monitor and support Site Superintendents?
*Attend job walk-thru’s and oversee punchlist/quality control?
*Attend and lead regular conference calls with owners, architects, etc.?
*Operate a computer -- including Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel, Procore, Bluebeam and send emails?

We are Burman Companies, a small Commercial General Contracting firm in Ozark, Missouri, visible from Highway 65. We are licensed/approved to work in 38 U.S. states on projects ranging from small image upgrades to infills to complete ground-ups (including sitework). We’ve coordinated the construction &/or remodel of restaurants, skilled care facilities, convenience store/gas stations, automotive/tire shops, churches, solar farms, dental clinics, dispensaries, drive-thru car washes and coffee shops in the civilian world and on military bases.
This position is specifically for an experienced Project Manager to work on our U.S. Military Base Construction Projects and a $35 Background Check/Security Clearance fee may be required.

Salary: $900-$1200 weekly and 1%-3% profit sharing after 90-day training period.
