Position Summary:
This role is more than a Bartender, it is the opportunity to join a family, and act as a brand ambassador for bridging cultures through food and drinks. Take our patrons on a culinary adventure through education, quality customer service, and making sure they have a positive experience at our restaurant! We are counting on you to be an extension of our brand.
How you can help :
Craft our delicious unique cocktails while educating, interacting and connecting with our guests through the food, beverage and culture
Set the ambiance (music, lights, cleanliness, etc) of the bar area for an enjoyable and memorable guest experience
Assess needs to ensure guest satisfaction and make recommendations to enhance flavor profiles with appropriate food and drink pairings
Prep and restock inventory, garnishes and juices to ensure no shortages during the shift
Be personable, always greet patrons, engage with a positive attitude and make an effort to remember regulars
Be a team player, and work together with your team to foster a healthy and warm atmosphere
Promptly address customer service issues and refer customers to management when necessary
Support and assist with other duties as assigned
Skills You have:
Team Player Positive Attitude
Strong customer service skills
Excellent verbal communication and positive interpersonal skills required
6 months experience as a Host
Service experience in a fast-paced environment
Able to acquire a California Food Handler’s & Responsible Beverage Service Certification (before or within 1 month of hiring)
