Required :

• In "Certifications" section note the following (if pending, please indicate):
• Licensed or eligible for Vermont Educators License.
• Endorsement in the subject area or eligible for Vermont Provisional License.
• Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• THREE Letters of Recommendation uploaded to SchoolSpring
• All transcripts uploaded to SchoolSpring
• Understanding of Cultural Competency (as explained through Essay 1)
• School experience at the elementary level
• Familiarity with integrated technology as a learning tool
• Knowledge of best practices regarding student management protocols
• Knowledge of elementary research based best practices

Preferred:

• Training and experience with English Language Learners
• Evidence of strong connection with students and families.
• Experience in a professional/teaching learning community
• Knowledge of assessments and use of data to inform instruction
• Experience in implementing inclusive practices
• Strong communication skills as evidenced through quality of resume and cover letter
• Ongoing educational coursework
