Our thriving chiropractic practice is seeking a highly organized and motivated Chiropractic Assistant with excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor to join our team. The ideal candidate should be outgoing, friendly, and have experience working with money and communicating with clients/customers. Fluency in Spanish is a definite plus. We have hours from Monday-Friday with Wednesday and Fridays being half days.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with setting up patients on therapy and rehabilitation programs
• Schedule patient appointments and maintain accurate records of their visits
• Maintain patient documentation and ensure all information is up-to-date and accurate
• Answer phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
• Collect and manage patient payments and process insurance claims
• Perform general office duties such as filing, scanning, faxing and office maintenance

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with fluency in Spanish as a plus
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment and follow established procedures
• Experience with medical billing and insurance claims is a plus but not required
• Knowledge of chiropractic care is preferred but not required
