Burger Physical Therapy has provided therapy services since 1978. We currently seek an exceptional State Board Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our team in the fabulous Davis Outpatient Clinic.
The Davis Clinic houses a marvelous interdisciplinary team supported by a well-liked Director and Regional Director. This Physical Therapist Assistant position is available today and offered with competitive pay, based on experience, and a full benefit package. Primary Responsibilities:
- Take direction from the Registered Physical Therapist.
- Under physician’s orders, treat patients to relieve pain, develop or restore function, and maintain an optimal performance using such physical means as heat, water, electricity, light, massage, etc.
- Aid and direct patients in active and passive exercises, muscle re-education, gait and functional training, activities of daily living and prosthetic training.
Requirements: California Physical Therapist Assistant license
