We seek a Custodian/Janitor in our Folsom Clinic, Adult and Pediatrics. This is a part or full time position offered with a full benefit package at an hourly rate of $18.00 per hour with a schedule of 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. or 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. - we want most work to be done during business hours with noisy duties, vacuuming, etc., to be done before our patients arrive or after they leave. If you want to work 3 or 4 days per week and this position sounds of interest, please apply as we can be flexible!

Because we are a healthcare organization, you may need to pass a background check, drug screen and live-scan fingerprinting.

Interpersonal skills are very important for the individual chosen for this position. You will need to get along with your colleagues, you will also interact directly and indirectly with our patients, therefore, excellent interpersonal skills will assist you in being selected for this opportunity.

This position requires someone that is comfortable with cleaning and minimal maintenance. Duties are not limited to washing floors, cleaning windows, waxing floors, polishing furniture, vacuuming, ensuring the bathrooms are clean and stocked, dusting, buffing, sanitation and scrubbing. After sanitizing the door handles, we want YOU to notice the door needs to be cleaned and polished. Yes there will be a list of duties to perform each day, but we need an individual that will empty the trash and observe the trash can needs to be washed without being told!

A Custodian that is good at what they do will not be micro-managed! Someone that can do very minimal, or more, maintenance would be GREAT!

We often need help moving equipment, heavy tables - someone that is capable of lifting or assisting in moving large equipment (gym equipment) would be beneficial.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or equivalent.

The right candidate should have a valid California Driver’s license and current automobile insurance.
