The Assistant Manager (AM) is responsible for controlling the restaurant’s profitability, operations and leading the team members to deliver great guest service. The AM reports direcly to the the General Manager (GM), providing support with people development and ensuring daily exectuion of management routines. The AM is expected to drive performance indicating metrics by directing the Crew members and Shift Supervisors.
Summary of Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
