NEEDED IMMEDIATELY : PART-TIME WEEKDAY HOURS - Cleaning Specialist for Offices & Businesses.

Duties : Both heavy and light cleaning of commercial spaces, mainly offices including floors involving sweeping, mopping, scrubbing or vacuuming, surfaces with cleaners & dusting, bathrooms, walls, fixtures, blinds & glass possibly on a ladder, stain removal, & garbage gathering & removal.

• Be able to interact and communicate professionally with staff, owners, management and tenants.
• Notifies managers of the need for minor or major repairs to operating systems if found.
• Must be flexible and willing to complete all tasks assigned in a responsible manner.
• Keeps janitorial supplies stocked and equipment in good order and communicates with management for any needed items.
• Monitors building security and safety by performing such tasks as locking doors and checking electrical appliances for hazards.
• May be expected to make basic repairs.
• Familiarity with Covid-19 cleaning methods a bonus.
• Experienced in using preferred cleaning materials and supplies.

Must be 18 years or older.

Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check and have reliable transportation.
