Job Summary:
As an Zabot Production Assistant , you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of food services at the airport. Your responsibilities will include receiving food deliveries, handling perishable items, preparing boxes for pizza, and operating pizza machines. Attention to detail and adherence to TSA regulations are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and inspect food deliveries to ensure quality and compliance with safety standards.
• Properly store food items in fridges and freezers, maintaining temperature and hygiene protocols.
• Prepare boxes for pizza orders, ensuring accurate labeling and packaging.
• Operate pizza machines efficiently, following specified guidelines for product consistency and quality.
• Monitor inventory levels and report any shortages or discrepancies to the supervisor.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including regular sanitization of equipment and storage areas.
• Adhere to TSA regulations and undergo necessary training and clearance for airport employment.
• Assist in other food service tasks and projects as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional culinary or food service training is a plus.
• Prior experience in food handling, logistics, or a similar role is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, especially in box preparation and labeling.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective teamwork and customer interactions.
• Physical ability to lift and move 5-10 pounds at a time, stand for extended periods, and maintain food safe conditions.
