Assistant Manager – Up To $25/hr

We are looking for Assistant Managers to add to our growing leadership team. As an Assistant Manager, you’ll be responsible for creating a perfect dining experience for our guests through leading and developing our hourly team members and using a variety of industry-leading tools to manage all aspects of the restaurant’s operation. Shifts Available: Morning, Mid, and Closing shift, no overnights. Open availability Preferred

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be 21 years or older
• 1-2 years of supervisory experience in a restaurant or retail (restaurant preferred)
• Possess excellent knowledge of restaurant operations
• Great customer service, with the ability to manage guest concerns with professionalism
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Demonstrated ability to direct and coach team members
• Hungry for growth (and Italian Beef)
