Responsibilities:

• Facilitate clear communication between all project stakeholders, including design staff, clients, field staff, subcontractors, vendors, building departments, and others.
• Manage all projects from start to finish, from the signature of the design agreement to the signature of the construction contract, including developing the project's scope of work with the designer, subcontractors, and clients, utilizing CoConstruct to document the detailed scope of work, create estimates, coordinate permit application submittals. schedules, communicate with clients, subs, and project staff, manage to-dos, etc.
• Maintain and strengthen client relationships through frequent and clear communication about project details. This will include discussions about design, scope, budget, scheduling, material selections, and a number of other components.
• Submit permit applications and meet with inspectors, coordinate and schedule in-house labor and subcontractors, order project materials, and ensure they are on-site for installation.
• Ensure that all project work is completed according to design specifications, applicable building codes, schedule, and budget, and that project sites are always in neat and orderly condition.
• Manage the change order process, and punch list, and occasionally make material pickups.
• Manage the design center and material sample libraries.
• Manage relationships with product vendors (cabinetry, tile, flooring, etc.) 

Qualifications:

• 5 years of residential remodeling project experience in a design/project management capacity. 
• Technological proficiency including hardware (phones, laptops, iPads, etc.) and software (CoConstruct, Microsoft Office Suite, Apps, email, etc.)
• The most important skill is a strong sense of ownership of the daily tasks required to move projects forward
• Ability to manage people via our established process
• Ability to ensure completeness and quality of work
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong time management and prioritization skills

• Dependability and punctuality
• Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• The ability to work efficiently and independently
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to pass a criminal and driving history background check
• Ability to pass a DOT drug screening
• Ability to lift at least 75 pounds 
• Ability to sit or stand at a desk or stand for long periods

Salary and Benefits:

• Starting salary $75,000 - $95,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
