The Big Task

You will evaluate customer calls and match the right technician for every job to ensure the best service for our customers.

Key Sub Tasks

• Learn our business and learn how to prioritize the most urgent customer calls.
• Ensure a quality customer experience by relaying detailed and accurate information to the technicians in the field.
• Manage the whereabouts and needs of every technician in the field. 
• Accurate and detailed record-keeping in a fast-paced environment
• Participate in training so that you grow and develop as a professional
• Provide excellent customer service to every customer by responding to customer requests and resolving issues.
• Work well with other team members to promote a positive, win-win-win culture.

Desired Skills and Experience

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs including Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams
• Preferred knowledge of dispatch software such as Service Titan
• Ability to multi-task
• Ability to type 30 words per minute with 90% accuracy
• Ability to answer multi-line phone system with high call volume
• General knowledge of Plumbing and the Metro Phoenix Area
• Ability to work Saturdays on a rotating shift (approximately once per month)
