A Bumble Bee Dispatcher

Serves customers with a positive attitude and is excited to get to work each day!

Evaluates each customer's needs and matches them with the right technician for their job.

Manage the whereabouts and needs of every technician in the field. 

Participates in ongoing training to grow and develop as a professional.

Works well with other team members to promote a positive, "win-win-win" culture.

What Does It Take?

High integrity with advanced social skills and the ability to make solid connections with colleagues and customers.

Accurate and detailed record-keeping in a fast-paced environment!

Knowledge of Microsoft Office (or similar) programs such as Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams

Preferred knowledge of dispatch software, Service Titan experience is a bonus!

Ability to type 30 words per minute with 90% accuracy

Preferred general knowledge of Plumbing and the Metro Phoenix Area

Ability to work Saturdays on a rotating shift (approximately once per month as either overtime or a shift trade)
