Accounts Recievable/Payable Specialist.

BULKBOX FOODS is a Los Angeles, CA-based food company that specializes in international imports, logistics and distribution through the USA. We are seeking a Accounts Payable/Receivable person to join our team. This is a Part-time position in a company ready for growth phase.

Job Duties:

* Highly skilled on Xero.com
·Processing AP and AR

- Run payroll using Gusto and Toast.
·Reconciling bank accounts.
·Maintaining financial records.
·Performing other duties as assigned by management.
·Maintaining security for company files.
·Assisting with the development of budgets and reporting to management.
·Assisting with the development of new products and marketing efforts.
·Preparing reports on Xero.com
·Maintaining inventory of inventory control materials, supplies, etc., as assigned by management.
·Maintaining security for company files.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- Proficiency in accounting software such as Xero and toast.
- Strong understanding of financial concepts, double entry bookkeeping, and GAAP
- Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll management
- Knowledge of tax regulations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
