Responsibilities:
- Perform fabrication and welding tasks according to project specifications
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and engineering drawings
- Operate machinery such as overhead cranes, forklifts and hand tools
- Use tools such as calipers and other measuring instruments to ensure accuracy
- Follow codes, standards, and safety guidelines during the fabrication process
- Perform basic math calculations to determine measurements and dimensions
- Work with various materials including sheet metal
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Experience:
- Proven experience as a fabricator/welder or similar role
- Proficient in various welding techniques such as FCAW (Flux-Core Arc Welding)
- Familiarity with machining processes and equipment
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics
- Knowledge of codes and standards related to fabrication and welding
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision

Pay is based on experience, abilities, attitude and attendance. NEW for 2024 - Attendance Bonus Paid Quarterly! Candidates must have 5 years experience at one employer. Must be able to work overtime during the week and weekends as needed. Typical hours are Monday-Thursday 6:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m., Friday, 6:00 a.m. - 2:30 p.m., and Saturdays as needed.
