Builders Source Appliance Gallery is the leading appliance provider in our market. We are looking to hire a dedicated Sales Support Specialist. You will provide support to all sales representatives, respond to and serve our customers, you will also be required to work closely with delivery and warehouse staff. Sales Support Specialists Responsibilities

• Work alongside the sales staff to complete the overall experience of getting the appliance into the customers possession.
• Once the salesperson has completed the transaction, you will be responsible for calling and contacting the customer to schedule delivery and/or installation.
• If the house is far out into the future, you will be responsible for making sure that the product is here and waiting to be released from the warehouse.
• If the product is delayed by the manufacturer, you will be responsible alongside the salesperson to get a hold of our order desk representative, manufacture representative or manufacture portal to locate the backordered product.
• If there is a delay in the project with the customer, you will be responsible to continue to communicate the progress of the jobsite and the ETA for completion.
• You will be responsible for making sure that nothing leaves our buildings without payment in full. You will be asked to assist with payments from our customers.
• You will work your schedule daily with hopes of getting product to the customer.
• Once the product is scheduled, you will work with warehouse and delivery managers in communication to your commitments to the customer.
• Once the product is being delivered, you will be the point of contact with the delivery team regarding any circumstances or obstacles they are confronted with.
• If the product is damaged, you will be responsible for filling out a return authorization form to allow the product to come back and enter the warehouse. If this occurs on the same day as delivery, this would be referred to as a SAME DAY RA.
• If delivery is completed and we find out from the installer or customer that the unit is not working properly, then you will be responsible for reporting the issue to Dalton’s Service.
• If the salesperson or management decides to return a product after the order has been invoiced, the sales person and/or sales support specialist will be required to make sure a return is created in the system with a new order and the warehouse and delivery team are equipped with proper information and expectations.

Qualifications for a Sales Support Specialist

• Experience with customer service
• Great communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be attentive to customers needs and determined to provide customer satisfaction
• Ability to organize, prioritize, multitask, be flexible to the needs of the people
• Knowledge of business standards and customer service routines
• Basic computer skills including excel spreadsheets
• Work well with others and be a team player
• Ability to manage schedules and inventory
