Job Summary:

We're excited to offer a limited term position for a Guidewire Training Consultant to join our team at Builders Insurance Group. In this role, you'll be at the forefront of our Guidewire Insurance Suite implementation, including Policy Center, Billing Center, and Claims Center. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to significant organizational change and software transformation projects.

What would be your day in the life at Builders?

• Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for the Guidewire Insurance Suite, ensuring both internal and external stakeholders are well-equipped to utilize the software effectively.
• Conduct needs assessments through surveys, interviews, and focus groups to tailor training programs that meet the specific needs of our team.
• Design engaging training materials and courses, utilizing a mix of media and methods to cater to diverse learning styles.
• Maintain and update training records, including attendance, test results, and feedback, to continually improve our training initiatives.

What skills will you need?

• A Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or related field is preferred.
• At least 3 to 5 years of experience in training on the Guidewire Insurance Suite.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a knack for presenting information clearly and engagingly.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with various multimedia training platforms and methodologies.
