Position Summary
Installs products such as insulation, doors, windows, stairs, cabinets, sinks, or millwork into houses or buildings by performing the following duties.
Provides training and guidance to less experienced Installers.
What You'll Do :
Minimum Requirements
High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED); or up to six months related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
What You Can Bring to the Team
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence.
Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent.
Physical Demands / Work Environment :
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand; use hands to finger, handle or feel;
and reach with hands and arms. The employee is routinely required to climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is routinely required to lift up to 50 pounds, and occasionally required to lift up to 100 pounds.
The employee is required to use close vision (clear vision at 20 inches or less), distance vision (clear vision at 20 feet or more), color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus to bring objects into sharp focus.

In addition to the base wage listed, team members are also eligible to earn an additional incentive subject to changes in plan design and documents and in accordance with applicable law.
Eligibility and the amount of the incentive varies based on the terms and conditions of the locations' active incentive plan for the respective year.
