We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting and selling products, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assist them in finding the products they are looking for
- Provide product information and answer any questions or concerns
- Operate cash registers and handle customer transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking merchandise and arranging displays
- Meet or exceed sales goals by actively promoting products and upselling when appropriate
- Build rapport with customers to establish long-term relationships and encourage repeat business
- Assist in inventory management, including receiving and stocking merchandise
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store targets and ensure customer satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, pricing, and promotions

Experience:
- Previous experience in retail sales is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of retail math and basic math skills
- Familiarity with operating cash registers and handling financial transactions
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to resolve customer issues effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
- Experience in jewelry sales or technology sales is an asset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
