Duties:

- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner.
- Take food and drink orders accurately and promptly.
- Enter orders into the POS system and process payments using cash handling skills.
- Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner.
- Ensure guest satisfaction by providing excellent customer service and addressing any concerns or issues.
- Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate and timely delivery of orders.
- Prepare basic food items such as salads or desserts as needed.
- Provide information about menu items, specials, and promotions to guests.
- Uphold high standards of hospitality and professionalism.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience as a server or in the hospitality industry is preferred but not required.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for guest relations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Strong teamwork skills to collaborate with kitchen staff and other servers.
