YOUR IMPACT

Our VP of Sales is incredibly vital to our success, as you oversee and manage our die-casting sales and business development efforts throughout North America. Drawing on your extensive experience and expertise, you develop and execute engaging campaigns, tailoring them for specific regions or countries. You strategize the best methods for meeting your short- and long-term goals and effectively lead your team in implementing these plans. When appropriate, you train your team in the best sales practices and inform them about our new products. Your ability to expertly coach staff and guide our business development strategies is critical to our growth!

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or business management OR an equivalent amount of experience
• 7 years of experience leading and managing a sales team as well as direct sales experience
• Excellent leadership, coaching, and team-building skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Our ideal candidate has experience in a capital equipment manufacturing environment on an international level. Knowledge about a technical field such as die casting or automotive would be a plus.
