We offer competitive compensation packages including base salary plus commission. First year earnings can exceed the $50,000 annual amount based on your success. There is no ceiling on your earning potential.

What you’ll do

  • Generate new leads by attending trade shows, networking events and by using other prospecting options that will generate sales.
  • Spend most of your time will be spent outside of the office meeting with prospective clients.
  • Training with service and office team to gain knowledge of services and pests we provide services for.
  • Create sales agreements; complete and submit all required paperwork in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Consistently follow through with all proposals and timelines required by clients or supervisors.
  • Always maintain a positive attitude with customers, fellow employees and supervisors.

Requirements

  • Professional appearance
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test, and background screen.
  • Valid Missouri driver's license with an acceptable driving record
  • Previous sales experience with a stable work history
  • Proven prospecting, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Friendly, energetic, and positive attitude
  • Excellent at building relationships
  • Excellent customer service skills, a strong work ethic, and integrity
  • Good problem-solving skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
