Customer Service Specialist – Woodstock, GA

Bug Busters is looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join our growing team. As a Customer Service Specialist (CSS) you will work closely with our Pest Management Professionals (PMPs) supporting the company’s internal and external customers throughout Georgia and Tennessee. Customer Service Specialists embrace the Company’s culture and values, anticipate customers' needs, investigate alternatives when issues arise, and proactively work to ensure customer satisfaction.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide customers with excellent service via the phone and email
  • Create and maintain customer relationships
  • Schedule service appointments for new and existing customers
  • Work closely with PMPs with full access to their schedules
  • Basic clerical duties such as filing, scanning and data entry
