As a Customer Service Specialist (CSS) you will work closely with our Pest Management Professionals (PMPs) supporting the company’s internal and external customers throughout Georgia and Tennessee. Customer Service Specialists embrace the Company’s culture and values, anticipate customers' needs, investigate alternatives when issues arise, and proactively work to ensure customer satisfaction.
