Overview:

We are seeking a Front End Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in food service, banquet, bartending, serving and customer service. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment within the food industry.

Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized front end area
- Assist with food handling and serving as needed
- Collaborate with the kitchen and waitstaff to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:

- Previous experience in a restaurant, catering, or hospitality setting is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with a helpful attitude
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of basic food industry practices and standards
- Excellent communication skills and a positive demeanor
