- You know the bartending playing field. You have prior bartending experience, preferably in a high-volume, full-service restaurant. You are also of minimum age of 21 (as required by the state of Virginia.) Being certified in state, county, or local food handling and alcohol service requirements is a plus, but we will help you gain certifications during training.
