**Overview:** We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in bartending and possess knowledge of Aloha POS, food service, food handling, food safety, cash register operations, customer service, retail math, brewing, and basic math. **Responsibilities:** - Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following standard recipes - Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations - Operate the Aloha POS system for order processing and payment transactions - Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and adhere to food safety regulations - Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently - Ensure customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service - Monitor inventory levels and restock bar supplies as needed **Experience:** - Previous experience in bartending or related roles - Proficiency in using Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems - Knowledge of food service procedures and standards - Ability to handle food safely and follow hygiene regulations - Familiarity with operating a cash register - Strong customer service skills to engage with patrons effectively - Understanding of retail math for pricing and inventory management - Basic knowledge of brewing techniques is a plus This position offers an exciting opportunity for a talented Bartender to showcase their skills in a dynamic environment.
