Stable & consistent full-time schedule :
o Tuesdays - Thursdays 7 : 00 a.m. 4 : 30 p.m.
o Fridays 7 : 00 a.m. 3 : 30 p.m.
Roles & Responsibilities :
Assist the dentist with complex dental procedures, predicting their needs & providing 4- handed dentistry.
Assist the hygiene team with providing exceptional patient care.
Be Organized & Prepared Keep our dentists’ operatories organized and patient-ready for an exceptional experience.
Update and maintain client’s dental records including clinical notes, lab orders, and chart preparation.
Educate and inform patients of the treatment doctor has diagnosed, supporting them through their entire treatment plan & answering their questions.
Advise patients on recommended oral hygiene to help them stay healthy.
Take and process impressions, X-rays & digital photos for patients.
Caring & compassionate - patient care comes first, always.
Help control overhead by sensible use of time & materials.
Comply to all OSHA and HIPAA standards including sterilization procedures.

Qualifications & What we are looking for in you
We are excited to train & support you as you learn the dental industry & how to be an incredible Dental Assistant.
Hardworking, dependable, and open-minded with a passion for learning.
Experienced Dental Assistant with 2 years of experience in assisting in 4-handed dentistry as a chairside assistant a plus!
Experience with digital charting and electronic medical records is a plus!
Willing to go above & beyond and assist our patients in accordance with the training you receive to ensure patients receive the best possible service!
Ability to pass an extensive criminal background check.
Highschool Diploma or GED.
Ability to lift & move a minimum of 35 lbs.
Certificate from approved dental assisting program in the state of IL is a plus but not a requirement.
Knowledge of dental terminology, instruments, materials, supplies, and labs and ability to
effectively communicate with patients.
