Currently we are seeking Full Time Medical Assistants to join the Group!

The Medical Assistant position is a very important part of Buffalo Medical Group. Our Medical Assistants are expected to maintain the highest level of customer service and professionalism.

As a Medical Assistant you will be responsible for providing clinical and administrative support. Medical Assistants support our offices in Buffalo, Orchard Park and Williamsville.

Some job duties include, but are not limited to:

· Prepare and maintain examination rooms

· Rooming patients

· Obtain medical history and vital signs

· Update EMR

· Assist the physician, PA, NP, RN, LPN as directed

Qualifications

· High school diploma or GED, AAS in Medical Assisting Preferred

· Knowledge of proper use of ICD-10 and CPT coding and documentation

· Reliable transportation

· Ability to assimilate to differing and challenging environments

Job Type:

· Full Time; Monday-Friday

· Hours are typically 8:00am-4:30pm, unless otherwise specified by the assigned office. Some offices start as early as 6:00am and others may end at 5:00pm

· No nights, weekends or holidays!
