Position Title: Pilates Trainer
Job Summary: The Pilates Reformer Trainer works with clients one on one, buddy training, and small group training. This employee will deliver high quality training that meets the members' needs. The employee must be willing and available to help fellow instructors when subs are needed.
Education and Experience:
1. High School diploma or GED equivalent.
2. Maintain a current Pilates equipment certification.
3. Minimum of two years teaching experience preferred.
4. Maintain current CPR certification.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
1. Ability to train and motivate clients on Pilates Reformers and other equipment.
2. Work with supervisor and co workers to help grow clientele and Pilates program.
3. Provide a high level of customer service to our members.
4. Communicate effectively with co-workers and members.
5. Must be punctual. Begin and end all classes at their scheduled time.
Physical Demands/Work Environment: Must be physically capable to train clients
Hourly Wage: Dependent on experience.
